Echo1

Echo1 by voidDSP is a modern stereo delay with a generous set of built-in processing modules. Released in February 2026, it’s a strong debut from a new developer. Echo1 is built around two independent delay lines, each with its own speed control. The Sync button locks both lines together for simpler operation, but the plugin really shines when you run them independently for stereo delay effects. I especially recommend trying it on arpeggiated synths, where the stereo interplay creates a lot of movement.

Echo1 also includes a phaser and chorus module (each with rate and depth controls), an integrated reverb with a Size knob, high-cut and low-cut filters, a tempo-synced auto-panner, and separate Dry and Wet output knobs for precise level control. Each module has its own bypass button, so you can toggle sections on and off without losing your settings. All processing modules affect only the wet signal, keeping things clean.

The interface is well-organized and easy to navigate despite the number of controls on offer. The built-in reverb is especially nice on guitars with a subtle slapback. It adds depth without needing a separate reverb plugin on the channel. Echo1 is available in VST3 and AU formats for Windows and macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon). AAX support is listed as coming soon.
